TD Commerce ("we," "us," "our") wants you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding our digital products and coaching services.

Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all video courses and coaching programs. If, within 14 days of purchase, you do not feel you are receiving value from our content, you may request a full refund.

To qualify for a refund:

  1. Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
  2. You must email us at nexterashopifystore@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why the program is not a fit for you
  3. For coaching programs, the refund window begins on the date of purchase, regardless of whether sessions have started

We process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Video Courses (€50 and €200 Premium)

Video courses are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. The 14-day guarantee applies from the date of purchase.

By purchasing and accessing course content, you acknowledge that you are gaining immediate access to digital materials. EU and UK customers please see the section below regarding the right of withdrawal.

High-Ticket Coaching Programs

Coaching programs include 1-on-1 calls, Discord community access, video course materials, and worksheets. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies, with the following provisions:

  • If you have attended one or more 1-on-1 coaching calls, a prorated amount may be deducted from your refund to cover services already delivered
  • Refunds requested after the 14-day window are not available except where required by applicable law
  • Discord community access and digital materials will be revoked once a refund is processed

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or community guidelines
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us — we ask all customers to email us first so we can resolve any issue directly

EU and UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

Important: For digital content (video courses), this right is lost if you expressly consent at checkout to immediate access and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal. If you have not given this consent, you retain the full 14-day withdrawal right.

For coaching services, if you request that the service begin within the 14-day window and you later withdraw, we may charge a proportional amount for services already provided.

How to Request a Refund

Email nexterashopifystore@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The product or program purchased
  3. The reason for your request (this helps us improve)

We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
