Delivery of Video Courses

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email within minutes containing your access details. You can begin watching the course immediately by logging into your account on ct-ecom.com.

If you do not receive your access email within 30 minutes of purchase:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder
  2. Confirm the email address used at checkout was correct
  3. Contact us at nexterashopifystore@gmail.com — we will resolve the issue within 1 business day

Delivery of Coaching Programs

After purchasing a coaching program, you will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email
  2. A separate onboarding email within 1–2 business days with:
    • A link to schedule your first 1-on-1 call
    • An invitation to our private Discord community
    • Access to your course materials and worksheets

Course Access Duration

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, you receive lifetime access to video courses purchased. Coaching program access (Discord, 1-on-1 calls) is for the agreed duration of your program.

Technical Requirements

To access our content, you need:

  • A reliable internet connection
  • A modern web browser
  • A Discord account (for coaching programs)
  • An email address that can receive our communications
