Welcome to ct-ecom.com, operated by TD commerce ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any of our products or services, you ("you," "Client") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.

2. Our Products and Services

We offer:

  • Video Courses (€50): Pre-recorded digital courses delivered through our online platform
  • Premium Video Course (€200): Extended pre-recorded course with additional materials
  • High-Ticket Coaching Programs: 1-on-1 coaching calls, Discord community access, video course content, and worksheets

Specific deliverables, duration, and inclusions for each coaching program will be confirmed at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed on the Site and may be displayed in EUR or USD. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

For coaching programs paid in installments, you authorize automatic recurring charges until the agreed amount is paid in full. Failed payments may result in suspended access until resolved.

4. Account and Access

When you purchase a course or coaching program, you receive a personal license to access the content for your own use. You may not:

  • Share your login credentials with anyone else
  • Download, copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any course materials, videos, worksheets, or coaching session content
  • Use our materials to create competing courses or coaching programs

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may give rise to claims for damages.

5. Coaching Services

For 1-on-1 coaching:

  • Sessions must be scheduled through our booking system
  • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit that session
  • Discord community access is provided for the duration of your program
  • We expect respectful, professional conduct at all times — abusive behavior toward our team or other community members will result in removal without refund

6. No Guarantee of Results

Our courses and coaching programs are educational. We share strategies, frameworks, and personalized advice based on our experience. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.

Nothing on our Site or in our programs constitutes legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Consult appropriate licensed professionals for those matters.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our programs — including videos, worksheets, course materials, frameworks, branding, and written content — is owned by CT Ecom LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own learning. You receive no ownership rights.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other community members or our team
  • Share confidential information from our community or coaching sessions outside the community
  • Attempt to bypass any security or access controls
  • Submit false information

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, without refund, and to take any other legal action available to us. You may stop using our services at any time, subject to our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and all products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C & T Commerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, products, or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or program giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as gross negligence, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights in the EU/UK).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C & T Commerce, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

EU and UK consumers retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under their local law, including the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
